Overview:

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to effectively fill various positions within SUN PHARMA.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the complete recruitment process for all positions at SUN PHARMA, which includes sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, conducting background checks, and managing the hiring process. Work closely with HR Business Partners and departmental leaders to identify and assess talent requirements. Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract candidates, including online job platforms, employee referrals, social media, community outreach, and campus recruitment. Provide guidance to managers on effective interviewing strategies and decision-making processes. Manage the Summer Internship Program in partnership with HR Business Partners. Initiate the offer process and provide recommendations based on market analysis and internal benchmarks. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and analytics, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to prepare and analyze relevant recruitment data. Stay informed on industry trends; contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance SUN PHARMA's competitive edge and promote its brand. Ensure all recruitment communications align with SUN PHARMA's branding strategy. Participate in special projects such as employee recognition programs, incentive initiatives, referral programs, and retention strategies. Enhance the employee referral process to ensure cost-effective recruitment practices. Facilitate the collection and provision of feedback on job descriptions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure adherence to all relevant human rights and employment standards legislation. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High level of sensitivity and confidentiality is essential. A collaborative team player with the ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and professionalism. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels, with strong influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging effectively with all stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with sound judgment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and quality project completion. Creative and cost-effective strategies for identifying and recruiting candidates. Proficient in modern technology, including PC applications and web-based recruitment tools. Innovative, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach. Strong problem-solving skills to provide internal consulting on recruitment matters. Knowledgeable in HR practices and employment legislation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced HR environment.

Educational Background:

A minimum of a University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. At least five years of progressive experience in talent acquisition across various roles. Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is essential.

Working Environment:

The role is primarily office-based, with standard office equipment available. The work environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature. While the work is mostly sedentary, some standing and walking may be required.
