Job Requirements:

  • Languages: English

Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with computer users both electronically and in person to identify and document technical issues.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support personnel.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet issues as they arise.
