• Supervise and advise the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records to ensure timely follow-ups
• Process customer requests efficiently and effectively, providing solutions that meet their needs
• Enter and update data in our systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform various administrative office tasks to support the team's success
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingualism (English and French) to communicate effectively with diverse customers
What We Offer:
• A daytime, permanent, and full-time position with a competitive salary ($55,000 and more depending on experience)
• A comprehensive benefits package and a schedule from Monday to Friday, with no evenings or weekends
