- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Language
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 24 hours per week. The schedule will be Saturday: 10:30 am to 5:00 pm (6 hours) and Monday to Friday: up to a maximum of 24 hours.
