Key Responsibilities- Coach team members to maintain high standards of telephone and e-mail etiquette and promptness.
- Ensure best-in-class customer service by providing effective and efficient assistance of customer-facing applications, reports, and services.
- Lead projects with varying levels of complexity and drive change to improve our service.
- Fluently speak in both English and French.
- Experience in the aviation or software industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel computer software.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a Customer Service or client-facing environment.
- Exceptional and professional customer care and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
