Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for achieving our company objectives involving client needs and requests by assigning responsibilities, delegating work, and coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach team members to maintain high standards of telephone and e-mail etiquette and promptness.
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service by providing effective and efficient assistance of customer-facing applications, reports, and services.
  • Lead projects with varying levels of complexity and drive change to improve our service.
  • Fluently speak in both English and French.
  • Experience in the aviation or software industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel computer software.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a Customer Service or client-facing environment.
  • Exceptional and professional customer care and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
