- Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Bilingual with English fluency and Spanish as an asset.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Data collection and ordering skills.
- Initiative and autonomous work style.
- Stress tolerance.
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 24 hours per week. The schedule includes Saturday from 10:30am to 5:00pm and up to 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
