Business Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our team within the Community Mental Health Service for Adults (CMHSA). In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage the CMHSA Administration Team, providing direction, supervision, and fostering the growth and development of each team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CMHSA Administration Team, providing direction and supervision.
- Foster the growth and development of each team member.
- Represent the team in leadership forums, ensuring their contributions are recognized and their needs are addressed.
- Provide strategic support for the Operational Manager, working with business data, organizational procedures, and supporting the CMHSA service delivery plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
