Restaurant Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 10334090 Canada INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**

* Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with regulations
* Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
* Organize and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to drive revenue growth
* Lead and instruct individuals to develop their skills and knowledge
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

**Supervision**

* Supervise a team of 5-10 employees
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
