- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- Work Setting: Accommodation and food services, retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, financial management/services.
- Tasks: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Supervision: More than 20 people, working groups.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized.
