About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Sales to join our team at 2272803 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales and operational strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
    • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
    • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the organization has the necessary talent and skills to achieve its objectives.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
    • Lead working groups to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other business software applications.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or operations leadership role.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
    • Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, human resources, and marketing.
