About the Role

Azad Technology Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure technology programs and projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of complex initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: Lead project teams to deliver project objectives and benefits, providing oversight to ensure control of scope, schedule, resources, and cost.
  2. Project Governance: Establish governance, define phases, and identify deliverables/milestones, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for all project team members.
  3. Project Planning: Develop project plans, provide executional leadership, and track progress on project goals, identifying and managing areas of risk and dependencies.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status and health to stakeholders, manage expectations, and motivate project teams.
  5. Resource Management: Partner with stakeholders to plan for and manage project resources, facilitating discussions and working sessions across teams.
  6. Communication: Establish and execute against project communication plans, escalating decisions and removing roadblocks as needed.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7+ years' experience leading infrastructure technology projects and teams.
  2. Program/project management expertise, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and/or Agile methodologies.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate matrixed environments and influence stakeholders.
  4. Results-oriented, with a bias for action and execution.
  5. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
