Senior Project Manager / Project Architect

Job Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager or Project Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Architecture and Design team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, prioritizing client relationships, and collaborating with a dynamic team throughout the contracting, construction, and tendering phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including knowledge of contracting and construction phases
  • Lead projects and teams effectively, with a strong focus on meeting targeted goals and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage project finances and budgets, with a focus on cost control and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to drive company growth strategies
  • Develop and implement new strategies to improve project delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience and familiarity with North American building codes and bylaws
  • Registered Architect, AIBC, or eligibility for registration
  • PMP, LEED certifications are advantageous
  • Experience with multiple multi-family wood-frame projects (3-6 storeys) or larger
  • Proven experience managing sizable projects from inception to completion
  • Solid technical background for occasional drawing review and markup
  • Capability to lead projects and teams effectively
  • Good Contract Administration skills
  • Proficiency in managing engineers, architects, and technologists across projects within set schedules and timelines
  • Track record of handling project finances and budgets
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
