We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Transportation Infrastructure projects in British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client requirements.
- Provide project leadership and design review expertise to clients, ensuring their strategic goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Infrastructure Services business unit.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or public sector engineering, delivering transportation and civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Eng. and/or PMP designations required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- A competitive base salary range of $100,000 CAD to $145,000 CAD.
- Annual bonus opportunities in addition to base salary.
