Job Title: Senior Project Manager at IBI Group

Company: IBI Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our Mobility Global Business Area in Canada. The successful candidate will oversee project execution to achieve timelines, quality standards, budget constraints, and health and safety objectives. They will also guide the project team, offer technical expertise, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team, offering direction and technical guidance.
  • Articulate project strategy and client expectations to team members.
  • Develop and oversee the Project Program, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Establish financial and project management protocols.
  • Boost productivity through enhanced processes and systems.
  • Maintain oversight of the project's financial aspects.
  • Manage project resources and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns.
  • Evaluate team performance and facilitate their professional growth.
  • Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in Project Management

Desirable:

  • P.Eng. designation preferred
  • Experience in Transportation Engineering and working with governmental agencies
  • Postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields
  • Commercial acumen with contractual knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and cultures
