Job Summary

SAANVI ENTERPRISE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality control in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service standards.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer feedback is documented and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
      • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
    • Work Environment
      • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a high level of customer traffic.
      • Work under pressure to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
