- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Food Preparation and Service
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that food is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customer feedback is documented and used to improve service quality.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
