Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience.

Manage Records and Reports

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management on the performance of our food service establishment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Setting

Food service establishment, coffee shop.
