Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JMF Holding Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our company.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience.

Manage Records and Reports

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management on the performance of our food service establishment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Setting

Food service establishment, coffee shop.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.
