- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
- Support social and labor market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Client-focused and efficient interpersonal skills
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
