Position Overview

As a Food Service Operations Supervisor at SAANVI ENTERPRISE INC., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining services. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Oversee the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physical demands including:

  • Extended periods of standing
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
