Job Summary

Osmow's Shawarma is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of quality in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
