Legal Office Coordinator

The role of a Legal Administrative Assistant at Hunter Express Ltd. is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our legal operations. This position requires a dedicated individual who can manage various administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Organize and confirm appointments for legal personnel
- Maintain an organized filing system for legal documents
- Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related itineraries
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents
- Review and edit documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and are grammatically correct
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties
Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficiency in the following software is required:
- MS Office Suite
- MS Access
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Windows
The position is set in a fast-paced environment requiring:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a large caseload
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week, conducted in English.
