Position Overview

The role of a Legal Administrative Assistant at Hunter Express Ltd. is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our legal department. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in administrative support within a legal context.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Compile and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and edit documents and correspondence to ensure adherence to legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Windows
