- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
- Record and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
- Draft and input correspondence and legal documents.
- Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal standards and grammatical accuracy.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Experience in correspondence, invoicing, real estate, reports, and management.
- Driver's validity license check required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own transportation and vehicle are necessary.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
