Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm appointments for legal personnel.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system for legal documents.
  • Document and prepare minutes for court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and proper grammar.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee the work of 1 to 2 support staff.

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in the following software:

Work Environment
