Meeting Room Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Event Setup Attendant plays a crucial role in preparing and dismantling event spaces, including meeting rooms and banquet areas. This position ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and disassemble tables, chairs, audiovisual equipment, and other necessary items for events.
- Organize and clean equipment efficiently.
- Ensure that banquet areas and service spaces are kept tidy and presentable.
- Conduct inspections and report any damages or concerns regarding equipment.
- Assist in refreshing event spaces during intermissions and replenish supplies as needed.
- Manage the delivery of materials required for events.
- Adhere to company and brand standards consistently.
Required Qualifications:
Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with banquet operations is advantageous.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended durations.
- Capability to lift objects weighing up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
- Flexibility to bend, stoop, and kneel as necessary.
Additional Information:
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Regular engagement in reading, writing, and mathematical tasks.
- Certification in Alcohol Awareness may be required.
- Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
