Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Clerk to provide exceptional customer and administrative service to our organization and support the Facilities and Administration department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service and administrative support to the organization and assist the Facilities and Administration department.
- Manage the greeting of visitors, processing of incoming and outgoing mail/courier deliveries, meeting room maintenance, and maintenance of general office and printing supplies.
- Utilize effective oral and written communication skills in both English and French to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Apply strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines, and demonstrate superior customer service skills.
- Work independently and accurately in the presence of frequent interruptions, and maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and accountability in all aspects of the role.
- A Grade 12 diploma (minimum)
- Grade 12 Diploma plus Community college diploma in office administration or equivalent
- 2 years' related office experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Thorough knowledge of office administration and familiarity using a variety of office equipment
- Excellent telephone management and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Superior customer service skills
- Respect diversity and demonstrate cultural competence in all interactions with clients and colleagues
- Professional interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, Service Providers, and all levels of management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Ontario Health atHome systems and software
- Ability to work independently and accurately in the presence of frequent interruptions
- Ability to prioritize and ensure data is entered accurately and timely
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and accountability in all aspects of the role
- College diploma in the health or business/office administration
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to speak French or another second language
