We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Funland Indoor Playground. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, seminars, and conferences, including arranging logistics and coordinating with vendors.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist in planning and controlling budgets and expenditures, including preparing financial reports and analyzing data.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise and train other workers, including providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, including creating job postings and conducting interviews.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, including coordinating with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Research: Oversee the preparation of reports, conduct research, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Work Environment

As an Administrative Assistant at Funland Indoor Playground, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, reliability, and time management.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
