About the Role

ADEM Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, meetings, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Event Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our conference and meeting services or special events.
  • Site Selection and Management: Inspect and select suitable sites for events, ensuring they meet our company's standards.
  • Marketing and Communication Plans: Create and execute marketing and communication plans to promote events and engage with attendees.
  • Media Strategies and Public Relations: Develop media strategies and public relations activities to increase event visibility and attendance.
  • Sponsorship and Fundraising: Develop sponsorship, partnership, or fundraising programs to support event costs.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate event logistics, including set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details.
  • Media Equipment Setup: Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment.
  • Schedule Planning: Plan schedules, goals, and objectives for events.
  • Research and Design: Research and design special events programs, including VIP arrangements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare final financial and other reports for events.
  • Human Resources: Identify human resources requirements for events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Transportation/Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a client-focused approach.
