Our ethos, encapsulated in our motto, emphasizes the importance of diligence and kindness in our work culture. We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to cultivate client relationships, enhance channel performance, and drive revenue growth.
Our agency, recognized for its excellence, operates from multiple global locations, collaborating with prestigious brands.
In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director, acting as the crucial link between our agency teams and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all outputs from the agency meet the highest standards of quality and align with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Heads of Paid Media and SEO.
- Serve as the senior client service contact for major integrated accounts.
- Oversee monthly client billing processes.
- Assist in pitches alongside senior leadership.
- Supervise and mentor a Client Services Executive.
- Possess extensive experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO and PPC, with a preference for programmatic display and paid social.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing online marketing role.
- Experience in a large agency environment, particularly in performance or media sectors.
This position is based in a vibrant downtown location, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
