Work Environment:

About You:

You are a seasoned Account Manager or consultant within the fintech sector, adept at identifying and leveraging opportunities to deliver value and foster robust client relationships. You are an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. You excel at managing client expectations and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Your background in financial services or similarly regulated sectors equips you with an understanding of risk and compliance, all while achieving results through exceptional customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in relationship management, preferably in fintech or banking
  • Proven experience in managing multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a creative approach to business challenges
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Negotiation expertise
  • Strategic account management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, and related software

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications with commercial clients, including regular updates, guidance on internal policies, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for clients' interests
  • Conduct meetings with clients via phone, web conferencing, and in-person
  • Provide weekly reports to the executive team regarding account activities
  • Engage with all levels of management and clients through presentations
  • Professionally manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Appropriately escalate critical issues for resolution
  • Become the subject matter expert on assigned clients' businesses and activities
  • Support clients' business objectives and offer strategic insights into their programs
  • Oversee and negotiate agreements, including pricing, for assigned clients
  • Identify opportunities within client portfolios and suggest new products and services to enhance performance

Compensation:

Peoples Group offers a competitive annual salary along with a discretionary profit-sharing opportunity. The salary for this position will range from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the selected candidate.
