Key Responsibilities- Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas, providing strategic advice and managing the day-to-day business of our most trusted client accounts.
- Team Leadership: Serve as an advocate and coach to a team of account and project managers, ensuring the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
- Campaign Development: Work with internal teams to devise integrated and digital-first marketing campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets.
- Program Management: Manage program budgets, operational costs, and support business development initiatives to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly status updates on project results, client program reviews, and analyze business results to develop action plans.
- Experience: 7+ years of agency experience, preferably with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage high-touch client relationships in a matrixed organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to drive business growth.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive business effectively.
