Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for strategically overseeing and cultivating significant client accounts within the Account Management sector. Utilizing their expertise, they will drive business expansion and influence strategic initiatives at a professional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating and executing strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and enhance business prospects.
  • Establishing and sustaining long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and effective account management techniques.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to guarantee the smooth delivery of products or services to clients, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Recognizing and pursuing opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to current clients.
  • Assessing market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint potential risks and opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior account management staff, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

  • A proven history of successfully managing substantial key accounts in a comparable professional capacity.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing strategic account plans to stimulate business growth and meet targets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, client requirements, and industry trends within the Account Management domain.
  • Capable of offering leadership and guidance to junior account management professionals.
  • A relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools for efficient client account management.
