Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Manager role is centered around partnership with clients and leading program initiatives, showcasing mentorship, strategic insight, business intelligence, and a visionary approach for the designated portfolio of clients.

This position requires the effective utilization of experience, knowledge, and skills to foster innovative ideas and establish ambitious goals and objectives for the team while balancing the needs of clients, the organization, and team members.

Daily interactions will be with senior leadership, serving as a primary contact for partner agency leads, alongside fulfilling internal and industry obligations.

Moreover, this role is pivotal in nurturing and guiding the entire team, promoting strong collaboration and effective workflows, while optimizing talent deployment and professional development for all team members.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of assigned client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service while identifying new business prospects and enhancing integrated business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Accountable for achieving all business performance indicators and formulating business strategies.
  • Direct and manage all strategic channel planning efforts related to assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a positive exemplar by demonstrating professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Guide the team to maximize individual development, leveraging the strengths and opportunities of each team member.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of direct Client Management experience within an agency environment.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing experiential programs at a managerial level.
  • A university degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in integrated marketing, including experiential, digital, social, and public relations.
