About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hook Line & Sinker. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, while meeting the dietary needs of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide training and support to help our team members understand and appreciate the diverse backgrounds and cultures of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
