About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
