Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring a high level of culinary expertise throughout the team.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
