Responsibilities:
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high culinary standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen performance.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As an Executive Chef, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
