Job Title: Executive Chef

G650 Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our culinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our events team to create customized menus and presentation styles for special events and functions, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our menu offerings and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification an asset.
