About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at SuiteSpot Technology. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading the solution implementation process from end to end, working closely with customers to gather and verify requirements, configure the solution, and train their team to increase adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementations, working with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions to alleviate those issues.
  • Create engagement by managing communication with clients and stakeholders, building meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide technical support, including ongoing configuration maintenance, incident response, and Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with JavaScript and MongoDB, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A collaborative approach, with a focus on building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to research answers, adapt to setbacks, and stay current with the latest tools and best practices.
