Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at SuiteSpot Technology. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading the implementation process from end to end.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Implementations: Work with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions to alleviate those issues. Configure and test systems, and support and train users for assigned customer implementation projects.
- Create Engagement: Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, building meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met. Monitor usage and deliver targeted adoption programs to increase engagement with the solution, resulting in happy customers.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Development team members. Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Provide Technical Support: Provide ongoing configuration maintenance support for customer accounts. Respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users. Log all incoming incidents and requests and actions taken to resolve them.
- The Consultant Approach: You are passionate about connecting customers with the technology they need to solve problems and make work easier. You can elicit customer needs and be willing to dive in to figure out the best approaches quickly to meet their requirements with our software solutions.
- The Technical Skills: You have experience using JavaScript and MongoDB and editing configuration files. You can distinguish between standard terms such as object and array in the context of an implementation. You can quickly learn new technologies and explain software features and concepts to customers simply and succinctly.
- The Interpersonal Skills: You take a collaborative approach, offer meaningful insights, and can lead by example. You have exceptional communication skills, and you are an active listener. You can translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
- The Growth Mindset: You are naturally curious, driven to research answers, and open to feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes and can adapt to setbacks. You are resourceful and can use new knowledge to solve problems.
