Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our AI solutions for top-tier clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-growing team that values innovation, creativity, and hard work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of AI solutions for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including solution architecture design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the implementation of our solutions.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations to clients, helping them to optimize their use of our AI solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API integrations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of clients and develop strategies to meet those needs.
