Senior ERP Implementation Consultant

Role Overview
The Lead ERP Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the comprehensive journey of ERP implementation in manufacturing settings. This involves a deep dive into client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition to new systems. Our consultants are integral to every phase of the implementation process—analysis, design, validation, deployment, and the critical go-live moment. We also specialize in customizations, integrations, and collaborating with various ISVs and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain the cost of quality (COQ) of the project at or below 4%.
- Oversee project deliverables, manage client expectations, and navigate scope changes.
- Utilize team resources effectively, ensuring the lead consultant's billable time does not exceed 30% on typical projects.
- Secure client reference letters and successfully close projects.
- Provide services including new implementations, feature enhancements, and strategic realignment to foster long-term client relationships.
- Offer expert advice and actionable solutions to enhance business operations.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution architecture.
- Support user acceptance testing and guide clients through the go-live process.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Deliver quality services while adhering to budget constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose optimized solutions.

Desired Qualifications
