Senior Implementation Consultant

As a seasoned Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities:- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and provide conceptual design for Employee Central Payroll implementations
- Collaborate with right-shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients
- Develop strong client relationships and work closely with client stakeholders and business teams
- Support pre-sales activities and work closely with product engineering teams to convey business wish lists and grow the application product
- Go-live, post-go-live, and escalation support
- Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
- Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
- Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients
- Support in escalations to provide timely solutions
- Participate in business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HCM process models are adopted
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP); Professional certification level preferred
- At least 8 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors/HCM
- Experience with minimum of 3 full-cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Ability to travel up to 100%
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes (if applicable)
- Understands the Business Process hierarchy (L1-L4) and contributes to it
