Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you'll work closely with our customers to design and configure AI solutions that meet their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scoping and Estimation
Scope out projects and provide detailed effort estimations and timelines in collaboration with sales and customer success managers.
Discovery and CollaborationParticipate in discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.
Solution Architecture and DesignPartner with customer success managers to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design.
Complex Configuration and TroubleshootingServe as architect on moderate to complex projects requiring integration with multiple products, and perform complex configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi's solution(s).
Documentation and ReviewEnsure project/process documentation is maintained on the centralized repository and participate in reviews with customers to provide guidance on best practices.
Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting of customer issues during deployment and post-deployment, and lead business discussions regarding Netomi's value proposition at different levels of the customer organization.
Data Analytics and InsightsFocus on driving efficiency in project delivery through initiatives, analyze customer health, and create plans to improve and optimize the performance of the AI Agent.
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization.
- At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization conceptualizing and deploying solutions.
- Strong communication and client/stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver under stressful conditions.
- Experience in implementing SaaS products is a must.
- Understanding of basics of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, API Integrations.
- Basic or moderate understanding of NLP.
Additional Requirements
- Working knowledge of APIs and a fundamental understanding of Agent Desk platforms represented in Netomi's partner ecosystem (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Engineering background.
