About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at SuiteSpot. As a key member of our PropTech solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process from end to end, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementations, configuring and testing systems, and providing training to customers to ensure successful adoption.
  • Create engagement by managing communication with clients and stakeholders, building meaningful relationships, and monitoring usage to deliver targeted adoption programs.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development, to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide technical support, responding to incidents, and providing Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.
Requirements
  • Strong consultative approach, with experience in connecting customers with technology solutions to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Technical skills, including experience with JavaScript, MongoDB, and editing configuration files.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for staying current with the latest tools and best practices.
