As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in championing existing processes, enhancing them where possible, and documenting all steps along the way. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting our customers to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding and Support: Ensure a smooth transition for customers from sales to implementation, establishing yourself as the primary point of contact. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.
- Process Enhancement: Champion and enhance existing processes, documenting all steps and collaborating with project managers to meet key implementation milestones.
- Customer Relationship Management: Be the glue between the customer and other team members, keeping everyone informed and moving towards the shared launch goal.
- Customer File Management: Maintain accurate customer files and billing records in our systems. Share customer feedback with the team to ensure transparency and provide accurate status updates.
- Customer Health Reporting: Report on customer health and identify areas for product improvement. Quickly highlight areas of concern to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and happiness.
- Negotiation and Influence: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others effectively. Understand customer perspectives, manage expectations, and maintain composure under pressure, representing Mobi positively.
- Implementation Engagement Management: Direct implementation engagements, driving progress with structured and analytical approaches. Ensure smooth execution of project plans, coordinating with the team and managing evolving situations to meet deadlines and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Take a big-picture, long-term view in planning, anticipating potential impacts on Mobi and its customers. Weigh options and implications, identify new strategies, and are comfortable managing risks.
- Problem-Solving: Experienced in turning problems into solutions with timely decision-making in ambiguous situations. Use logic, data, and experience to make informed judgments and provide guidance in troubleshooting issues.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, effectively working with internal teams and customers. Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and understanding.
