ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with investment managers to evaluate potential real estate transactions across various asset classes, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Leading the development and validation of financial models pertinent to real estate investments, working closely with fellow analysts.
- Preparing comprehensive investment recommendation memorandums for approval processes.
- Analyzing cash flows and projected returns to assess investment viability.
- Evaluating the impact of various assumptions on performance metrics such as revenue, operating expenses, and financing.
- Identifying and analyzing investment risks associated with potential transactions.
- Reviewing the operating budget and financial statements of assets under consideration.
- Assessing partnership structures related to investment opportunities.
- Participating in the preparation and presentation of investment opportunities at key committee meetings.
Some travel may be necessary.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate, complemented by strong analytical skills.
- Advanced degrees such as M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CPA, or CFA designation are advantageous.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in real estate investment analysis.
- Familiarity with financial analysis of real estate transactions is a definite plus.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ARGUS and @risk software is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in French being an asset.
