POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Real Estate Investment Senior Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with investment leaders to evaluate potential real estate opportunities across diverse asset categories
  • Spearheading the creation and validation of financial models pertinent to real estate investments
  • Crafting investment recommendation documents for stakeholder approval
  • Assessing cash flows, projected returns, and associated investment risks
  • Evaluating the influence of varying assumptions on investment performance
  • Analyzing financial reports, budgets, and partnership frameworks
  • Assisting in due diligence processes and asset management activities
  • Conducting research and analysis of real estate markets, tracking values, and appraisals
  • Summarizing findings and engaging in presentations of investment prospects
  • Drafting administrative documents and strategic business plans
REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent writing and financial analysis capabilities
  • Genuine interest in real estate investment
  • Proficient in relationship-building and managing multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational skills and integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate with robust analytical skills
  • Additional qualifications such as M.Sc. in Finance, MBA, CPA, or CFA are advantageous
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective communication skills in English and French
