Senior Analyst in Real Estate Investment

Primary Duties:
  • Engage in the assessment of potential real estate investments and create financial models
  • Assist in the due diligence process and compile summaries of external analyses
  • Aid investment professionals in asset oversight and market evaluations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate with robust analytical capabilities
  • At least two years of experience in analyzing real estate transactions
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ARGUS and @risk software is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French
